The Institute of Innovative Governance is an independent, non-partisan, non-governmental organization which aims to promote innovation through the interaction with various governmental and civil society actors and conduct high-quality policy research.

The following job opportunities are currently available:

  • Communication Officer/Creative Content Producer
  • Project Manager
  • Project Analyst

Job descriptions and duties:

Communication Officer/Creative Content Producer

Start date: February 2019

Deadline: 20 January 2019

About you

  • You are passionate about communications, including but not limited to writing, graphic designing and editing
  • You have a strong interest in social innovations and communications.
  • You know how to frame a problem, understand and solve it, communicate and test your thinking, and make your solutions into reality.
  • You think out of the box.
  • You’re proactive, independent and willing to help.
  • You have experience with social media, especially corporate pages on  Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter
  • You speak fluent English.

About the job

This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation in the process of shaping its communications strategy. You will be a part of mapping, researching and managing communication projects, keeping social media up to date, writing articles and reports and helping with events organisation. IIG is a high pace environment so you will be exposed to a high level of responsibility in a very motivated team. Part-time and online distance job are also possible. 

As part of the communication team, your tasks will include:

  • Writing several pieces of content for the web and projects
  • Dissemination and communication of project results
  • Developing visual content
  • Organizing meetings and brainstormings of the team

 

Project Manager

Start date: February 2019

Deadline: 20 January 2019

About you

  • You are passionate about project management
  • You have a strong interest in social innovations, fundraising and grant management.
  • You know how to frame a problem, understand and solve it, communicate and test your thinking, and make your solutions into reality.
  • You think out of the box.
  • You’re proactive, independent and willing to help.
  • You speak fluent English.

About the job

This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation in the process of shaping its communications strategy.   • Initiating projects, fundraising, writing-up grants applications including Horizon 2020, networking and establishing long-lasting partnerships
  • Organizing meetings and brainstormings of the team
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on projects results every 2 weeks

 

Program Analyst

Start date: February 2019

Deadline: 20 January 2019

  • You have a strong interest in social innovations.
  • You know how to frame a problem, understand and solve it, communicate and test your thinking, and make your solutions into reality.
  • You think out of the box.
  • You’re proactive, independent and willing to help.
